Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Company Secretary/Compliance Officer for one of our clients. This position will be based in Tiruppur, with the possibility of relocation to Coimbatore after six months.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial services to the company, including maintenance of records and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including filing necessary documents and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, or finance).* Minimum two years of experience in a related role.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
