Project Leadership & Management Professional

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leadership & Management Professional to lead our large-scale projects in collaboration with government entities and corporate clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects that meet scope, timelines, and budgets.

 

Tender & Bid Management:

You will lead the end-to-end process of government tenders—preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, preparing tender documents, and ensuring timely submissions.

 

Government Liaison:

You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with officials in government departments, PSUs, and large infrastructure companies. This involves understanding their requirements, building trust, and communicating effectively to achieve project objectives.

 

Compliance Management:

You will ensure strict adherence to government protocols, regulations, and documentation standards throughout all project phases. This includes maintaining accurate records, adhering to deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve compliance-related issues.

 

Stakeholder Communication:

You will act as the primary interface between our company and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns. This involves effective communication, issue resolution, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in government or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Existing network within relevant government departments or infrastructure firms (Preferred).
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and government procurement systems (Preferred).
