Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain active relationships with defined partners - ensuring business updates and participation in active mandates.
Drive project awareness among partners via training camps, one-on-one briefings, and digital sales kit dissemination.
Identify and activate non-traditional referral sources including societies, clubs, and informal professional hubs across Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Delhi.
Build long-term relationships with micro-market influencers such as society managers, RWA presidents, local bureaucrats, and club administrators.
Plan and execute community-led activations including kiosk setups, presentation evenings, and curated site visits to generate verified walk-ins.
Capture structured feedback from partners and prospects to understand messaging resonance and lead quality.
Deliver sourcing-linked walk-in and lead generation targets as defined by the sales leadership.
Executional Scope:
Execute daily beat plans across defined partner zones and RWA clusters.
Organize and lead weekly partner engagement sessions using updated project kits and standard presentations.
Share timely updates including price revisions and availability changes with partners.
Track CP-wise walk-in volumes and recommend reactivation or substitution strategies for low-performing partners.
Identify and onboard new societies, clubs, and gated communities for direct activation.
Stay abreast of competitive market activity and sourcing innovations.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- P0, P1, and Breadth partner engagement – Activation, training, and continuity
- Expansion of society, club, and RWA referral ecosystems
- Influencer and local referral network cultivation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Weekly walk-ins generated through partner and non-partner sources
- Partner training and coverage per project
- Usage and distribution of digital sales assets
- Quality and conversion rate of sourced leads
Qualification:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, automotive, or hospitality sales
- Proven ability to drive sales through partner channels and localized sourcing networks
- Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM tools
- Exposure to Tier 1 real estate companies is preferred
