Interior Architect

As an experienced Interior Architect, you will play a key role in creating functional and beautiful workplace interiors that meet our clients' needs.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors) and a proven track record of delivering unique and inspiring designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive design concepts for corporate clients.
  • Apply exceptional conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Develop detailed design documentation using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the team to maintain productivity and quality targets while completing projects on time.
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance.
  • Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
