Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Additionally, the Junior Architect will prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that showcase creative and innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop workplace projects from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that demonstrate creativity and innovation.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office, with experience in Revit and Enscape/Lumion preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing collaboration and open communication.
