We are seeking an accomplished Senior Specialist – Retail Design to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative store designs that exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all design solutions adhere to construction standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices. You will also develop detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and façades that maintain consistency across markets.

A key aspect of this position is project development and coordination. You will prepare terms of reference and tender documents for suppliers and partners, conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and acceptance of works, and provide specifications for retail equipment and furniture aligned with store concepts.

As a Senior Specialist – Retail Design, you will have the opportunity to create sales area zoning plans, capacity calculations, and merchandising layouts. You will collaborate with Omni-channel teams on bubble plans, zoning, and digital consumer journey layouts, and design non-standard marketing zones and lighting plans to elevate customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you should have 4-8 years of experience in retail design, fashion, or FMCG environments, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Strong technical skills in store design, layouts, zoning, and specifications are essential, as well as detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
