Job Title: IAM Specialist

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to enhance our organization's security posture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity management solutions, strong knowledge of authentication protocols, and proficiency in designing and implementing secure IAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer IAM modules, including access control policies, authentication services, and federation solutions.
  • Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using advanced authentication mechanisms.
  • Integrate business applications with IAM systems, ensuring seamless user authentication and authorization.
  • Implement multi-factor authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms to enhance security.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to server-level queries and provide technical support for day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the architecture and design team to develop and implement secure IAM solutions.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures, policy manuals, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, identity management solutions, and authentication protocols.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and ADFS.
  • Experience with workflow design, provisioning processes, junctions, adapters, clustering, policies, and user registries.
  • Knowledge of directory servers, external authentication interfaces, and programming languages like Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex issues independently.
