Job Overview

This role involves managing technical account relationships with key clients, ensuring they achieve maximum ROI from our platform. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of technical accounts to ensure they meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in technical account management (5+ years)
- Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
