Job Description

We are seeking a senior professional to lead and manage the delivery of products using agile frameworks and methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent value delivery, embodying Agile values, and promoting collaboration and adaptability within their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product delivery using agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Embody Agile values and promote collaboration and adaptability
  • Capture customer voice and translate business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define priorities and refine the product backlog
  • Drive backlog grooming, translating Epics into Features and sprint-sized User Stories
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science or IT, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field. A Doctorate degree is preferred, but a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will also be considered.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 6–8 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach managing regulated software development lifecycles
  • Deep knowledge of SAFe principles and Agile best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira and ServiceNow
  • Strong command of validation tools (e.g., ALM, Veeva Validation Manager Vault)
