  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per action (CPA), and ROAS.
  • Work in tandem with design and content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager to track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Effectively manage monthly ad budgets with efficiency and accountability for performance.
  • Implement remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Optimize campaigns for various goals, including lead generation, website traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
