We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment, experience in soft services facility management, and conflict management. They must have managed a team, be willing to work under extreme pressure, travel, and possess good liaisoning skills with Police and local Govt. departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Hub Admin activities and operations, including administration team.
- Define scope and KRA's of team members and communicate with immediate management for day-to-day activities.
- Report directly to Regional Admin Head on day-to-day activities, incident management, and monitoring key project activities, plans, and progress.
- Coordinate end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities, ensuring zero incidents related to Admin Services.
- Help in recruitment, training, and talent development of team members, defining and deploying control mechanisms for the Admin Team within the HUB.
- Standardize processes at all Exam Venues within the HUB, manage vendors, and support Regional Head in finalizing contracts and vendor invoices.
- Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to Regional Admin Head and Senior Management as needed.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters within the HUB, ensuring SLA/SLC at Exam Venues, governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, and deployment of Adhoc/Contract manpower at Exam Venues.
Responsibilities include surprise checks at exam venues, handling crisis situations, coordinating with manpower agencies on deployment and other staff-related issues, conducting audits of Exam venues, and performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
