Senior Cybersecurity Leader

Job Description
Our organization is looking for a senior cybersecurity leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic cyber policies aligned with our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and strategic vision in cybersecurity, with a passion for innovation and the ability to develop and implement effective cyber policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic cyber policies that align with business objectives.
- Lead a team of policy analysts and disseminators.
- Represent the organization in forums, conferences, and regulatory engagements.
- Oversee policy development, advocacy, compliance, and integration with operations.
Requirements:
- 12+ years' experience in cybersecurity, with 8–10 years in leadership positions.
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity governance, preferably in BFSI/IT/Government/Consulting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and emerging threats.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP preferred.
- BE/BTech OR MCA/ME/MTech/MSc from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Cybersecurity / IT.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Tech Management) desirable.
