Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our financial strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Produce timely and accurate accounting information.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements, and international standards.
    • Monitor all accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
    • Manage working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
    • Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Communicate fraud and compliance issues to senior management.
    • Manage internal and external reporting and projections.
    • Deliver business analysis and define meaningful financial metrics.
    • Prepare consolidated reports for senior leadership including full financial statements and KPIs.
    • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks.
    • Control report quality and compliance with partner requirements.
    • Build budgets and ensure their monitoring.
    • Coach, manage, and develop finance teams to guarantee reliable statements.
    • Train finance team members in local and international accounting regulations and company policies.
    • Serve as a business partner for development projects.
  • Requirements and Skills:
    • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods.
    • Strong expertise in IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes.
    • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
