Job Title: Project Accounting Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our project accounting operations. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing project accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the development of your team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project accounting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. You will be responsible for developing, planning, and monitoring project accounting activities, as well as providing guidance and direction to team members.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project accounting activities. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project accounting strategies and plans
  • Oversee project accounting activities, including financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project accounting activities
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 8-12+ years of experience in project accounting, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
  • Experience in leading teams and providing guidance and direction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
