Job Summary
">- We are seeking a seasoned Project Accounting Manager to lead our project support team in delivering high-quality financial services to our clients.
About the Role
">- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project accounting processes, providing guidance and direction to team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- They will also be involved in business development, proposal efforts, and project start-ups as needed.
- In addition, they will supervise staff through developing, establishing, and maintaining goals and documenting performance reviews.
- Experience with Oracle is highly advantageous, while proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in Word are also highly valued.
Requirements
">- A Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, construction management, or business management is required, with relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8-12+ years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry or similar service industry is preferred, with contracts experience and strong understanding of projects, contracts, and/or service industry also desirable.
- Ability to communicate initiatives, results, and analysis effectively is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple staff and prioritize deadlines.
- Prior experience in supervising multiple staff and recruiting and integrating new team members is also an advantage.
