Dynamics 365 Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Microsoft D365 professional to spearhead the implementation of comprehensive CRM solutions and Power Platform for domestic clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in consulting, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps.
- Collaborate closely with clients to co-create solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the market independently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform.
- Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage client engagements.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape.
