We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Sales Specialist to join our team of industry experts.

  • You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing and executing a sales strategy in designated territories.
  • Motivated professionals with a proven track record in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent Enterprise Applications are highly regarded.
  • 5+ years face-to-face selling experience - Microsoft product suite expertise including D365, PowerApps and Business Central is highly valued.
  • Credible professionals who excel at creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process are essential to our success.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple is crucial.
  • Demonstrated ability to hunt new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships in existing customer base is vital.
  • A strong customer-centric approach and ability to network across a complex organization is key.
  • Skills in managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales), forecasting precisely and identifying challenges to positive commercial outcomes are highly valued.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales track record with a focus on Microsoft Sales and ERP solutions and Business Applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations) is essential.
  • An independent self-starter and no-nonsense mentality is required.
  • You understand how to translate Industry business problems into technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Prior consulting services sales experience required, and an understanding of Microsoft's Business Applications preferred (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations).
