Job Title: Product Owner

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our digital identity services, driving the vision and roadmap for registration, multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and passwordless authentication for our global client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap for identity services, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritizing features and backlog ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as GDPR, PSD2, and security regulations, leveraging expertise in IAM architecture and security concepts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, through excellent presentation and leadership skills.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience, with 3+ years as Product Owner/Manager.
  • Proven experience with CIAM platforms or identity services.
  • Deep understanding of digital authentication methods and compliance standards.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and backlog ownership.
  • Technical literacy in IAM architecture or security concepts.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services, regulatory environments, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
  • Previous work with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, Transmit). Certifications like CSPO, SAFe POPM, CISSP, or equivalent.
