Job Title: Digital Content Producer

This role involves creating and maintaining high-quality digital content for various projects.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Indesign Expertise: Utilize InDesign to design, edit, and format digital documents, including PDF remediation and accessibility features.
    • Visual Content Creation: Produce illustrations and photos using Illustrator and Photoshop.
    • Templates and Style Guides: Develop InDesign templates and create Style Guide documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
    • Content Updates: Update book files and create new pages based on supplied manuscripts.
    • Copyright Compliance: Ensure adherence to copyright laws and permissions for images, fonts, and texts.
    • Metadata and File Structure: Support metadata collection and file structure to facilitate content re-purposing.
    • Accessibility Features: Apply or maintain accessibility features according to guidelines and best practices.
  • Project Management: Attend project meetings, document actions and decisions, and communicate with supervisors, vendors, and teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.


Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of PDF remediation and accessibility features
  • Strong visual content creation skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
