Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading our Operations team to achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for managing the risk and compliance functions within the organization, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and regulatory reporting, with a strong understanding of group policies, local regulations, controls, and procedures. They will also possess excellent internal negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.

  • Manage the risk and compliance functions within the organization.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Lead the Operations team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years' experience in operations.
