Job Title: Senior Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance

About the Role:

The primary goal of this position is to facilitate the implementation of a robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. This includes reviewing risk and controls, assessing adequacy of controls to mitigate operational & technology failures and regulatory non-compliance, and designing registers/templates and workflows in a GRC tool.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt risk management practices accordingly
  • Evaluate policies/processes to ensure they comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitate documentation of controls
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on risk management practices
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management
  • Act as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
