About the RoleThis expert will support internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations. This role ensures processes align with policies, regulations, and industry best practices while identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead risk analysis across business functions.
- Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impact.
- Assist in building and executing an internal audit framework.
- Partner with functional heads to maintain a risk register and support mitigation plans.
- Monitor emerging risks, especially in data privacy, cyber security, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors, legal, and compliance as needed.
- 3-5 years of experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
- Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, team player.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
