Job Title: Senior Biostatistician

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Biostatistician to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and analyzing clinical studies.

  • You will supervise and direct the work of junior biostatisticians and SAS programmers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • You will provide expert consultation to projects across the company on statistical methodology, solving complex problems and providing technical review of proposed study designs.
  • You will lead the development of study analysis plans and statistical programs, ensuring that sound methodologies are adopted and results are accurate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in biostatistical research, with strong programming skills in SAS and/or R.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in state-of-the-art data manipulation and statistical methodology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
