As a Senior Research Associate, you will engage closely with state government institutions to support policy research, data analysis, and economic strategy design.

  • Conduct applied research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues.
  • Analyse large datasets and apply econometric/statistical techniques for policy insights.
  • Draft policy briefs, reports, and presentations for decision-makers.
  • Engage with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders.
  • Support project design, proposal development, and internal capability building.

You will contribute to roundtables, workshops, and consultations on policy challenges, while working collaboratively with other researchers to ensure high-quality outputs.

We seek candidates with strong proficiency in data analysis and econometrics, excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to manage research projects independently.
