Marketing Leadership Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth in BPO services. This full-time, onsite role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business results.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes relevant to BPO services.

- Analyze marketing data and ROI metrics to interpret campaign performance, guiding decision-making and optimizing future strategies.

- Coordinate diverse marketing activities across various channels to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

- Manage social media and digital marketing efforts, translating strategic goals into tactical execution with digital marketing teams.

- Assist in content creation and development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

- Leverage a solid understanding of B2B marketing principles to effectively promote services like accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or data analytics.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience in a strategic marketing role (e.g., Marketing Consultant, Marketing Manager).

- Demonstrable experience in deriving and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience promoting services such as accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or data analytics.

- Significant experience and exposure in coordinating with digital marketing teams to translate strategy into tactical execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and ROI metrics to guide decision-making.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and technical teams.

Preferred Industry Background:

We are seeking candidates with a strong preference for experience from a BPO offering accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or professional services.
