Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities.
  • Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for Indian entity.
  • Coordinate with teams for AP and Taxes activities.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits.
  • Close monthly books (BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization).
  • Manage FAR and reconcile with books of accounts.
  • Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare cash flow projections.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
  • 3-5 years post qualification experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in start-ups with global exposure is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is necessary.
  • Excellent working skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
