Technical Project Manager


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced project professional to lead and oversee internal projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage risks, timelines, and resources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal projects across departments, utilizing a results-driven approach to drive project success.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, risks, and budgets efficiently, ensuring timely completion and maximum value delivery.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress, optimize performance, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams, fostering transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Continuously improve processes and frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling multiple internal projects, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination, with the ability to navigate complex procurement procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar), with the ability to leverage technology to drive project success.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
