Job Title: Creative Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Lead to spearhead our branding vision and drive growth across campaigns, digital platforms, and social media.

This hybrid role balances creativity with execution, ensuring our brand stands out while meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of creative vision, marketing strategies, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the creative director to align on seasonal look and feel
  • Manage end-to-end photoshoots (vendors, styling, HMU, production logistics) to deliver static images and videos for campaigns, social media, and product pages
  • Coordinate with web designers and developers to ensure visuals meet both creative and functional needs
  • Maintain periodic website updates to ensure alignment with branding and product vision, executing all non-coding website changes (banners, tiles, landing pages)
  • Create marketing and communication content to be used across the brand website and social media
  • Regularly monitor and update social media platforms to ensure consistent, on-brand communication
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in fashion/lifestyle creative execution and digital/social media marketing
  • Educational background in Fashion Management, Digital Marketing or a related field, with a strong grasp of creative and branding skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify (or similar e-commerce/content management platforms) and ability to manage on-site updates and merchandising tools
  • Strong in photoshoot coordination, styling oversight, and content creation
  • Comfortable working across creative, digital, and operational functions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable strategies
  • Highly organized, deadline-focused, and able to deliver high-quality output within budgets
