We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our organization in the role of IT Infrastructure Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining software operations, configuring and monitoring network devices, handling server management, implementing virtualization technologies, ensuring data security protocols are in place, overseeing compliance with organizational standards, providing support for network infrastructure, and collaborating with internal teams to provide IT solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain software operations and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers.
  • Handle server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware).
  • Ensure data security protocols are in place.
  • Oversee compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide IT solutions.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in software operations.
  • Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management.
  • Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Knowledge of data security solutions and disaster recovery processes.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
