Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Managers (SMs) to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with operations and risk management teams to optimize sales strategies and improve profitability.
  • Identify and recruit new key dealers to enhance the dealer network and develop strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Maintain optimal productivity levels and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient application processing and timely payments.
  • Establish weekly and monthly performance goals for ASMs, RM, and DST, and regularly review progress against these objectives.
  • Create a monthly working plan for sales teams, review weekly and monthly plans, and visit locations to monitor progress and provide guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and sales management experience in the consumer durables industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including dealers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales operations, risk management, and process optimization.
