Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review job orders and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Prepare machines and materials, including inks, labels, and ribbons.
  • Conduct quality checks on materials to maintain high standards.
Machine Operation:
  • Set up and adjust label printing machines for optimal performance.
  • Maintain print quality, registration, and color consistency throughout the production process.
  • Operate machines safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Quality Control:
  • Inspect labels for defects, such as ink smudges or misalignment.
  • Conduct quality checks during production to ensure compliance with company standards.
Post-Production:
  • Remove finished labels from machines and package them for shipping.
  • Roll, cut, or sheet labels as required to meet customer needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Assist in machine maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • The ability to lift and move heavy rolls is also required.
