Eye Care Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team as a Medical Data Labeling Specialist. In this role, you will work with clinical data related to eye health, accurately annotating and labeling medical images and structured data.

  • Data Annotation: You will review and annotate ophthalmic data, including fundus images, OCT scans, and other visual data, identifying anatomical structures and disease markers.
  • Standardized Grading: You will apply standardized grading protocols consistently for accurate and consistent labeling.
  • Quality Control & Feedback: You will participate in calibration sessions and reviews to maintain annotation consistency.
  • Clinical Collaboration: You will work with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure the clinical validity of guidelines.
  • Ai Model Validation: You will validate AI model outputs for clinical accuracy and safety.
  • Patient Education Materials: You may be responsible for creating or reviewing materials for AI/ML algorithms to provide accurate patient education.
  • Compliance: You will ensure compliance with patient privacy and data security policies, such as HIPAA.

Requirements:

  • Ophthalmologist (MBBS) with at least 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Extensive Clinical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various eye conditions.
  • Clinical Data Review: Familiarity with medical record documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accurate annotation.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
