Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce growth strategy to drive revenue growth across key platforms, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Home Depot.
  • Work closely with our Ads team and Content team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and testing experiments.
  • Perform regular site audits to review and analyze ecommerce performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop a customer-centric mindset and drive new cycles of SEO sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard with trackable key performance indicators to monitor the efficacy of marketing tactics and identify winning strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or retail, with a strong understanding of consumer electronics, devices, and consumer brands.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail distribution channels and ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, with strong interpersonal and conversational skills.
