Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Designing and developing Oracle VBCS applications, OIC integrations, Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, objects, tables, views, and synonyms based on requirements
• Developing OTBI (Oracle Transnational Business Intelligence), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Smart View for Excel, and Financial Reporting Center (RFC)
• Writing clear and efficient code to create high-performance applications
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance
• Maintaining and updating existing Oracle VBCS applications, OIC integrations, Oracle PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, objects, tables, views, and synonyms as needed
• Ensuring all development work adheres to best practices and complies with company standards
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to improvement initiatives
• Optimizing code by following performance-tuning techniques considering the limitations of the current environment
• Providing production support for applications built and solving requests for data updates, ad-hoc reports, or minor enhancements

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software development and a bachelor's degree
• Experience as an Oracle VBCS /OIC Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of Oracle development tools and technologies
• Exposure/experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI (Oracle Transnational Business Intelligence), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Smart View for Excel, and Financial Reporting Center (RFC)
• Proficient in programming using PL/SQL and SQL Concepts, PL/SQL in constructing Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions & Triggers
• Good knowledge on Oracle ERP or Fusion Cloud, Finance modules knowledge preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
