Job Opportunity: AI-Powered Software Development Expert

We're hiring for a fast-growing R&D organization building next-gen AI-powered code review systems—where humans and AI collaborate to make software development faster, smarter, and more efficient.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Architect & build AI-infused features for deep code analysis and review.
  • Embed language models into development workflows—designing tooling that speaks developer fluently.
  • Scale smart systems with efficiency in mind: from local setups to cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Contribute to ideation and innovation—teams value your creativity, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Debrief and evolve: stay at the bleeding edge of generative AI and software engineering best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals and clean, scalable code.
  • Fluent in modern backend stacks—TypeScript/Node.js preferred, though other server-side languages are welcome.
  • Experience with distributed systems, high-performance computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Advantageous: hands-on knowledge of code search, code graphs, static analysis tools, and frameworks like tree-sitter.
  • A degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or equivalent; a love for tackling hard problems; an enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
