Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with Apextion DMC UK LTD, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the travel industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in generating revenue through proactive sales calls, client visits, and closing deals effectively. A proven track record of success in this field is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and exploring ways to expand our offerings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
