Key Role Summary

This position is an integral part of our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality cloud-based solutions. As a key technical expert, you will be working closely with a global support team to provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle HCM Suite, including AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Ensure 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with a minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules (Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
  • Develop and maintain deep domain expertise in two or more of the following Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Perform routine tasks such as resolving production tickets, patch testing, change requests, requirement analysis, and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to configure systems, resolve bugs, perform quarterly patch testing, and ensure quality assurance prior to change deployment.
  • Manage system administration and security environment of the Oracle instance, including key super-permissions, patch management, POD management, system configuration, and risk management.
  • Test all high-level functionality, including staging test scenarios, and document test results.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead, with a minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, engaging directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • BI Publisher experience (RTF design/e-text/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods).
  • Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
  • Experience with additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract/OTBI/Analysis Dashboard.
  • Experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment process, and quality assurance.
  • Extending Cloud through the personalization layer.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work late nights of IST to overlap with Client IT Team on a need basis.
