Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering and onboarding software for customers, including technical discussions, solution design and project management. The person will own the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction (CSAT).

  • Solve complex, technical challenges so customers can focus on their business—architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises.
  • Drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions, diving deep into the details with customer teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
