Quality Assurance Specialist.

Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our services. You will be responsible for auditing and reviewing work to identify areas for improvement and providing feedback to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Audit and review work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to our team members.
  3. Collaborate with our training team to develop and implement remedial training programs.
  4. Monitor and report on compliance with internal processes and ethical standards.
Deliverables
  1. Accurate and consistent quality audits of RCM activities.
  2. Improvement in AR team performance through actionable feedback.
  3. Enhanced documentation standards and call quality metrics.
  4. Support process improvements aligned with healthcare RCM standards.
Requirements

To be successful as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
