Job Opportunity: Compliance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the PF Act and related statutory compliance, with experience in handling large employee bases and client portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage EPF challan generation processes
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations
  • Prepare and file statutory reports
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
