This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in driving growth. Your expertise in eCommerce analytics will transform data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and optimize customer satisfaction.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Building conversion funnels to diagnose drop-offs and improve customer experience
  • Creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to ensure clarity, timeliness, and data quality
  • Partnering with Growth/Finance to project traffic, conversion, and revenue; supporting demand planning with data-backed scenarios
  • Validating events and schema changes; ensuring metric definitions and documentation are consistent and trustworthy

We are looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience in analytics (preferably eCommerce or consumer DTC), with proven impact on conversion and revenue. Expert SQL skills and comfort working in BigQuery are essential. BI proficiency in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is also required.

Additional skills that would make you stand out include:

  • Experience with Shopify, Recharge (subscriptions), and Klaviyo (lifecycle/CRM) datasets
  • Familiarity with GA4 analytics engineering tools; comfort reviewing tracking specs/GTM
  • Exposure to AI/ML use cases (propensity scoring, next-best-offer, demand forecasting)
