Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques, including underlying mathematics and hands-on experience with key ML frameworks. As a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in building and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning solutions that leverage diverse data types (tabular, text, image, and speech)
  • Establish and uphold best practices for model validation, monitoring, performance tracking, and risk management in production environments
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, facilitate technical reviews, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and technical excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field, with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of statistics, machine learning, and inference techniques, with expertise in hypothesis testing, simulations, and optimization methodologies
  • Strong foundation in programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages
