Job Description

A dynamic professional is required to lead the way in harnessing the power of data analytics and drive business growth through strategic insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights, informing business decisions and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Apply expertise in building scalable solutions that conquer complex business problems and address technical challenges using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Utilize existing frameworks, standards, and patterns to create architectural foundations and services for analytics applications that scale from multi-user to enterprise-class.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT services industry or managed services provider environment.
Technical Expertise
  • Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams.
  • Strong statistical programming experience - SQL, Python.
  • Experience working with large data sets and big data tools like GCP (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure etc.
  • Solid knowledge in at least one of the following – Multivariate Statistics, Reliability Models, Markov Models, Stochastic models.
  • Classification, Regression, Clustering.
  • Ensemble Modelling (random forest, boosted tree, etc.).
Industry Knowledge
  • Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience with service desk metrics and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of data center and network management analytics.
