Business Intelligence professionals are sought after for their expertise in data analysis, visualization, and strategy. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this field, leveraging various tools and technologies to drive informed decision-making within an organization.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include creating input datasets from MongoDB, Flat files, AWS S3, Athena, and Redshift connector, as well as developing dataflows using Magic ETL tiles like SQL, Add Formula, Rank & Window, Pivot, etc.

A key aspect of this role is Assigning Personalized Data Permission (Row Level Security) based on user requirements, maintaining Data Governance, Metadata, and User Management, designing and developing views with Joining and Union operations, managing Sandbox environments (Dev, QA, Prod), promoting Content Migration and Optimization/Performance Tuning, writing effective SQL Queries, creating Apps, Dashboards, and applying page filters, global date filters, and formatting, developing Calculated Fields (Beast Mode) with WTD, MTD, QTD, YTD, etc., implementing Variable and Control Filters, handling KPIs effectively, and familiarity with AWS Cloud (DMS, S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift) or any cloud experiences is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong technical skills in MongoDB, Redshift, AWS Glue & Athena, Confluence, and other relevant tools and technologies. Additionally, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
