Product Management Internship

About Us:

We are a pioneering platform in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) space. Our mission is to empower IT and security teams to discover identities, streamline access management, and automate access reviews using a single intuitive interface.

Internship Role:

You will work closely with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to help us build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations. Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, use cases, and market needs, and working with cross-functional teams to increase customer adoption.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points, use cases, and market needs
  2. Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product, scope out product requirements and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement
  3. Support Product Design in building low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that can elevate customer experience
  4. Test & release product features by coordinating with the QA team
  5. Analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business
  • Good to have: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes
