Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Product Management Lead to drive the development and launch of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, digital workplace transformation, or IT service strategy.
- Demonstrated success managing workforce-centric technology or service portfolios.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, evergreen IT strategies, ITSM automation, AIOps, and analytics.
- Exceptional client-facing communication, advisory, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to build cross-functional consensus and lead complex solution initiatives.
- Experience enabling go-to-market efforts and creating growth opportunities through portfolio innovation.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or similar ITSM/Cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of AIOps, self-healing systems, agentic automation, and predictive analytics.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform rationalization strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
- Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, or AIOps frameworks preferred.
