Facilities Operations Manager - Region

">About the Role:">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead our facility management team in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing smooth handovers of projects from the project team, defining technical and commercial terms, and developing tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage all resources and team members in the region, ensuring compliance to business codes and regulations.">
  • Tender Document Development: Develop tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts, outlining technical and commercial terms and conditions.">
  • Project Handover: Oversee smooth handing over of projects from the project team to the facility management team.">
  • Licenses and Approvals: Supervise the renewal of licenses, AMCs, Insurance Policies, and other government approvals as per schedule.">
  • Event Management: Manage events for the Property & Clusters.">
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Monitor and govern all day-to-day operations of FM sites, ensuring effective implementation of FM Guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.">
  • Financial Management: Responsible for P&L, ensure monthly payables and receivables are in line with budgets with marginal variance if any.">
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various internal stakeholders such as HR for recruitment of onsite resources, Accounts/finance for invoicing and collection of payments, legal team for signing of agreements respectively.">
  • Contract Governance: Develop and maintain the contract governance mechanism for each site, including meetings with onsite teams and society management committees.">
  • Review Mechanism: Schedule monthly/quarterly/half-yearly review mechanisms with concerned stakeholders and vendors.">
  • Resident Engagement: Build strong resident engagements at site level to improve customer satisfaction and avoid executive escalations from facility management perspective.">
  • Work Scheduling: Schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of all employees in Facilities Operations representing a variety of work skills necessary for maintenance and repair, customer centricity, safety, and security of the premises.">
  • Vendor Partnerships: Build strong business relationships with vendor partners by defining SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and targets to ensure quality FM services to residents.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in facilities management. The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least [5-7] years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.">
  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, architecture, or business administration.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
