Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced Automation Professional to join our engineering team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an automation expert, you will work with a global team of colleagues to analyze and design solutions for automation and efficiency.
  • You will contribute to transform existing systems into infrastructure as code, configuration as code, and monitoring as code by leveraging common approaches, enterprise products, and best practices.
  • Introduce anomaly and fault detection to improve service stability and security.
  • Reimagine and build the next generation secure email infrastructure for a leading financial organization.
  • Work with a diverse group of individuals from across the globe.
  • Provide architecture assurance on messaging initiatives.
  • Implement controls to manage and mitigate risks in a secure environment.
  • Provide consultancy services to IT Security teams.
  • Develop automated metrics reporting capabilities.
  • Create, review, maintain, and update documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with RHEL/Linux system administration.
  • 5+ years' experience using Python and/or Bash scripting to solve and automate common system tasks.
  • 3+ years of experience with automation using Ansible.
  • Experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software using SDLC management systems such as Git, Jira, ALM, Jenkins.
  • Experience with Linux system administration.
  • Fundamental working knowledge of Networking, DNS, LDAP, SSL/TLS.
  • Experience with large scale SMTP email gateway deployment, email hygiene, and email authentication frameworks DMARC, DKIM, SPF and automation using Ansible.
  • Familiarity with SDLC concepts and toolsets (git, Jenkins, ALM).
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and DevOps practices.
