Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the operational aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and corporate institutions. Key duties include:

  • Client and Corporate Liaison: Coordinating with clients and corporate entities to understand their needs and build strong relationships for efficient service delivery.
  • Railway Authorities Communication: Establishing and maintaining effective communication with railway authorities to facilitate project approvals and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Operational Management: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring production schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
  • Frequent Travel: The ideal candidate should be prepared for regular travel to meet clients, visit corporate entities, and coordinate with railway authorities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for coordinating with clients and corporate institutions.
  • Ability to liaise with railway authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations and production schedules.
  • A solid understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to conduct audits.
  • Capacity for frequent travel.
