This role demands expertise in General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and EPM integration to align with enterprise finance transformation standards.

As a senior-most builder, you will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers to elevate the team's capability.

  • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US Reporting requirements.
  • Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERP–EPM integrations covering FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to synchronize technology capabilities with close, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data flows, reconciliations, EDMCS governance, and reporting across ERP and EPM.
  • Lead design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP/EPM and with external platforms and vendor-owned applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient data flows.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and global ERP leaders to drive long-term roadmap execution.
